AKN ATL provides result-driven services designed to support the improvement and management of AKN. Because every client’s skin, scalp, condition severity, lifestyle, and response are different, specific results, percentages of improvement, or timelines cannot be guaranteed.

Treatment Completion: Clients are strongly encouraged to complete their recommended treatment plan in its entirety. Progression, regression, and overall effectiveness should be assessed after completion of the recommended treatment process. Missed sessions, extended gaps, or stopping treatment early may impact results.

Client Compliance: Results also depend on following recommended home care, product use, grooming modifications, aftercare, lifestyle adjustments, and outside medical/dermatological recommendations when applicable. Failure to follow recommendations may affect results and AKN ATL’s ability to accurately evaluate treatment progress.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Less than 6 hours’ notice, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in a fee and/or forfeiture of the scheduled session or applicable deposit. Repeated interruptions may require reassessment and additional treatment at an additional cost.

Scope & Results: AKN ATL services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment by a dermatologist or physician. When appropriate, clients may be referred to a licensed healthcare provider. Before-and-after photos, testimonials, estimated timelines, and previous client results are examples only and are not guarantees of individual results.

By booking or purchasing services, the client acknowledges these terms and accepts responsibility for completing the recommended treatment process and following provided care instructions.

AKN ATL reserves the right, where permitted by law, to modify, pause, decline, or discontinue services when necessary. All policies are subject to applicable law.

Deposits: Deposits reserve your appointment and are applied toward your scheduled service. Consistent with our booking terms, deposits are non-refundable and may be transferable when proper notice is provided. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations with less than 6 hours’ notice, late cancellations, or no-shows.

Completed services: All completed services are non-refundable. Services are performed in person, and results vary by individual — see the Treatment, Results & Cancellation Policy above.

Products: Unopened products in original condition may be eligible for return. Text or call 404-937-9933 to arrange a product return.
